### Alpaca Network — Ecosystem Overview

**Alpaca Network is a three-layer stack that turns open-source AI into a self-sustaining economy.** Each layer has its own token mechanics, governance hooks, and revenue streams, yet they interlock like gears: value created in one layer flows outward to reward the others.



## 1. PACA Layer -  Buy on Modelz · Governance· Airdrops

## 2. MODEL Layer - Tokenized AI models & “Initial Model Offerings” (IMOs)

**Result:** Researchers keep code open and get a cash-flowing asset; developers discover and pay for models through Modelz; investors gain liquid exposure to model adoption all coordinated by a single permissionless hub.

## 3. AGENT Layer - Apps, micro-services & downstream revenue (Coming 2026)

Under the hood, every Agent call triggers the MODEL → PACA → payout flow automatically, so builders focus on UX instead of payments.



## How Value Circulates

2. **Launch or back a model on Modelz**, the bonding curve mints tradeable MODEL tokens. Once singularity is reached, 3.14% of the MODEL supply is airdropped to stakers.
3. **Agents call the model (coming soon)**, paying each request in $PACA.
4. **Router splits the fee (coming soon)**: royalties to Model-Token holders, rewards to $PACA stakers, a slice to the treasury, and a burn.
5. **Stake, compound, or cash out**, value cycles back into $PACA liquidity and new model launches.
